Creamy homemade mashed potatoes served in martini glasses.

Served with assorted grated cheeses, chives, crumbled bacon, sour cream, whipped butter, *caviar, cracked pepper and sea salt. A trendy way to serve comfort food.

QUESADILLA BAR

Flour tortillas filled with cheddar and Monterey jack cheese.

Grilled to order with the following: jalapeños, sautéed spinach, grilled onions, grilled chicken, mushrooms, guacamole, sour cream and salsa. This station can be draped with a festive table cloth and decorated with an array of flowers and Mexican produce.

PASTA STATION

Fresh cheese tortellini pasta w/prosciutto, mushrooms, garlic and herbs in a rich sauce with bow-tie pasta. Served with chardonnay cream sauce and a choice of grilled chicken, mushroom, black olives, bacon and parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread sticks.

WAFFLE BAR

Belgian waffles made to order, served with fresh strawberries, chocolate chips, pecans, whipped cream, maple syrup. Chicken & Waffles with cream gravy also available, extra charge.
